Sonya D. Goodwin

Sonya Goodwin is a partner at Attorneys for Employees.  Ms. Goodwin has practiced employment law exclusively during her legal career, and she has represented both employees and employers in a variety of disputes.  As a result, Ms. Goodwin is not only well-versed in all aspects of employment law; she understands how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a case from the perspectives of both plaintiff and defense counsel.

Ms. Goodwin has extensive experience in federal and state courts and has handled numerous arbitrations.  She has assisted clients in settling disputes through numerous direct negotiations and private mediations.
